I'm getting this error when i try to access the "rcon sm_all_sounds" or "sm_all_sounds command"

Yes,

if its possible to configurate this plugin so, that only when a specific ID join a sound played ? No Sound needet when this ID exit the server !

I don't know why but sometimes it blocks random people from chat. Like they are gaged.

I'd like to know this too. Steam specific sounds plays when joining AND leaving the server. Would be nice to set it only for when they join but haven't figured that out yet.

Any ideas guys?

in parts, it works.
i got 2 issues:
1- nobody can download or hear the sounds, but i can...
2- my STEAM ID sounds are not playing, everything is correct... why?

Join Sounds don't work too well with this plugin. I recommend connect_sounds from mac2guy. It's an eventscript. http://forums.eventscripts.com/viewtopic.php?t=2821

I would still like if the author or another member of the development fix the connect sound intro's from replaying on every mapchange. This bug I have only encountered in HL2DM since that is the only game I play. Can someone please find a fix for this. This bug is extrememly annoying when we have several players on the servers who all have intro sounds. At mapchange, all those intro sounds play at once.
