After the extend.. when a new map starts.. mp_timelimit is not 33(my default timelimit) it's 33 + extended time 15,30, etc .. how do i fix that?

You need to add the following to your server.cfg:

mapchangecfgfile server.cfg

When a map vote comes up, it gives 2 random maps from my map folder, and then "extend map" and "keep current next map", which are the two correct maps in my maps.ini file.

It seems to me that you probably shouldn't be using this plugin if you only ever want to play 2 maps.

Ok... I guess I could just go the "it's broken so don't use it" route... I would really like people to be able to rtv but I guess I will just have to abandon that desire.

You could probably write a custom rtv plugin for your two maps if that is the only feature you need.
