but u need admin via amxx.
to use amxx plugin.
since this is a say command.

cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/users.ini

there u add urself as admin.

I have been admin for long.. so why doesn't this work? I have lots of other plugins, but the strange thing is that i had to load the files when i entered my server... Well i think it is becouse i have zombie swarm 2.4 on my server and there is already a /bm.

u can always change the /bm to another thing.

Yes, but glass and no slow down where not added to that version...
