I'm using sm1.7 too.
and there is no cfg/sourcemod/stealthmod.cfg

still the same errors ...
server load some file from an unknow address when change map
money still removed to 0$ from 2nd rounds , breath sound play, CTs have breath sound too,
and maybe can you attach the stealthmod.cfg too ? my server and local PC server for testing is not create that file
