Sometimes weapons cant hit damage why? and I set it to low or highest nothing happen

This plugin is crashing my server after the latest TF2 update.

It crashes when someone joins, anyone else with this problem or know how to fix?

THIS PLUGIN ALONG WITH ALL OTHER RATE OF FIRE PLUGINS DOES NOT WORK,
Every single time with every single plugin that i have tried that has something to do with rate of fire crashes my server just after the screen of "Sending Client Info", Many other people are having the very same problem yet no-one has fixed, Anyone know how?!?!
Im so sick and tired of it.... I just want this one plugin to work... All 3 others work fine, Just THIS ONE D;
PLEASE HELP... SOMEBODY!!!!!!!

i replaced everything are you sure your running the current version?

Like I can join the server but when I set my firerate and try to shoot the server crashes right after a shoot a round or 2 and my shots are normal speed.

I'm running this plugin perfectly fine on my server. I even used it to brutally destroy mvm_bigrock.

perhaps you should post a complete list of plugins you run, extensions and such to see if you are up to date on whatever as you seem to have the issue, not I.
