1. I think player will disconnect and rename, then connect server again with new name when he see last warning (2/3 warning) how to admin know he get warned
2. it's really nice if you can make take snapshot before ban
3. for example I set warning_max 1, can player see warning about 5 second before get baned?

This is redundant and cannot be approved. There are other plugins which do the job equally or better.
