I think the compiler should compress and save the source code into each amxx to avoid this problem but easier said then done.

And then create a program to read the source-code from the compiled file, or a program to retrieve the source-code from the .amxx.

Then who's to say these people who want their source-code kept secret won't just keep to the older versions of amxx, or use older compilers? Also, they could find a way to edit the compiler to read a different file as opposed to the actual source code. So instead of

You'd get a

or better yet
