I believe it happens after a player uses the Super Boomer ability.

But it is hard to test because you can use the Super Boomer ability and the players speed on both teams will be fine for the entire round then for the next map to load up and for speeds to be really high again.

Theres been games where we have used the Super Boomer ability all through a campaign and for nothing to happen with the speeds.

It's has a mind of its own.

Updated plug-in to 1.3. I hope this fixes the speed increase issue.

you need to download the smx file attached on the first post. It wont work using the 'Get Plugin' feature

If you make the plugin version cvar less generic I think we can approve this plugin. sm_sb_version is a little too generic.
