The general rule for that type of question: If you don't see any, there isn't.

Anything we can do to help?

It would be quite nice to have a localized Sourcemod, without having to diff/merge a lot of translation files at each upgrade of SM :/

There's a few barriers to getting something up and they're not technical. A decision has to be made as to how to approve conflicting translations for a given phrase.

Most likely the best solution is having moderators of a language, and giving them permission to approve/deny phrases (and exporting would fail unless there were no phrase conflicts).

However, it's not a high priority thing to work on at the moment. We have very limited C++ development resources, so spending time on the website is usually a major detraction. If you know PHP5 and SQL (and are adept at avoiding security issues), and you'd like to work on the translation tool, please contact me. I am willing to commit the source and db schema+dump to a Mercurial repository so people can add features and submit patches back to us.

Unfortunately I can't write good PHP, but maybe one of the board readers can and will hear you out.

Maybe in the meantime, the “languages moderators” could sort it by hand, and supply you with the final files?

I would rather not be dealing with things by hand, it sounds like even more work for us to maintain.
