Why have you given us 2 different IPs for the SQL server?

The first IP I posted is the one I see on the database page, the second is one I found in the log.

You need to make sure the ip that the webpanel recieves is the external ip of the gameserver.

Also I just figured out the second IP in the log was me, it was just showing the IP of who did that action.

Look I'm not trying to be rude but you guys keep replying with stuff you think I already know or know how to do. I don't. How am I supposed to "make sure the webpanel receives that IP"?

In settings-->Servers in webpanel, find your server in the list and edit it. The box where you put the ip, check to see if it matches the external ip of the gameserver, if not, replace the ip in the box with the external ip of your gameserver + what ever port it's listening on.
