i have another idea why you don't remove +/-Karma and add +/-Adds

i think a paypal donate button would be the best solution to support this project , and it should be visible on all forums so maybe add a html table with a donate button under the logo on the top

Not true. I only create like half of them... the other half are done by Cthulhu (he's really bored, having stirred in his slumber for so long now... Actually me and him came up with the concept of internet.)

The thing with Karma is... more karma= less adds, less karma=more adds. Well the thing with that is the people with more karma will be more inclined to donate and click on adds to keep the forums running. sooo.... it kinda defeats the purpose of that whole thing. people with less karma arent going to want to donate and also if people have less karma they might not want to visit the site anymore due to so many adds everything, and that goes in hand with people who arent logged in, when they see its flooded with adds they will probably find somewhere else. I understand that adds are needed though, the best bet would just be the same adds for everyone on the site, and have an add under each first post cause its not that annoying to people. Also have the donation button in sticky's in all the forum would be a good idea.

A: It's ad not add (sorry, but you typed add so many times...).

B: Bail isn't going to actually flood the pages with ads so you can't see anything for people who are not logged in. But one or two more ads than the connected/members. Nothing TOO terrible.

It's also no reason to leave such a good forum, the exact opposite - it would motivate the unregistered surfers to register.
