Restart = restarts the server with reconnect for everyone that was in it before.

Shutdown = shuts down the server without people reconnecting.

I don't really care whether you want to use it or not, but I think you should at least understand it.

Yea, well i was saying this shutdown feature is a restart feature while shutting down the server. I guess in other words, its the same thing, you have a few fancy things with yours Which is helpfull, just cant justify it in this application. I should rename it Shutdown/Reconnect so people get a better idea of what it is. (Unless you dont have a hosted server and just use hlds with no restart utility, which is not the usual case)

About the speed issue, are you sure that wasnt an echo from a command done a lil bit before that? I cant seem to reproduce that and I tried it about 20 times.

Well here it is, with the afk kicker/send to spec. I tested it for a bit but to no avail. anybody can have a crack at it. Although the plugin diddnt work 100% of the time regardless.

Attached is the lang/source/cfg(cvars)/compiled plugin (so you dont have to waste your time)
(I also added the ML for the C4 Timer by Cheapsuit)

The above doesnt work for shit, i fixed it with my own version that is now working, I just need to figure out how to do ML for it. (And im not getting any errors)
