Is there a way to make it so that players can roll the dice BEFORE round has started also?

I'm running CSDM and have a plugin which doesn't actually start a round so that players can continue respawning no matter how few players are on the server. Therefore I can't use the roll the dice anymore.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
