Sadly, it's actually a recently discovered game bug and not a bug in VSH. On normal TF2 servers (where you can't spectate enemies) it's being used by Soldiers to whip their teammates with the Disciplinary Action to speed them up.

TF2Fix prevents it as of today, though Valve's probably gonna patch it themselves today or tomorrow. The bug can apparently also be used by Heavies with any melee weapon.

"Shitty spam" isn't quite what you want to call it if you're claiming your English is poor.
However, when VSH is set to be enabled and there aren't enough players for VSH to start (that is, less than two players are in the server), the message automatically displays. It doesn't display repeatedly unless somebody joins and then leaves repeatedly, in which case, what are they even doing?
The menu was meant as a training mechanism for people to learn to reset their queue points on their own. I suppose I can make it so "no" resets their queue points anyways, but the point of the multiple "no" and the single "yes" was to make sure they could only close the dialog box if they were actually paying attention.

Redundancy to protect stupid people is good.

Most people do not pay attention, or even read chat/dialog boxes.
I have me us that open a confirmation after you pick yes, "are you really sure yes/no" and they still cry about picking yes, even when it is like option 5.

Try as you might, you can't fix stupid.

It got fixed now, anyway don't wanna imagine this exploit working for spy's this would screw up so many servers.

I've got the first round as normal arena, but most servers have the crit plugin installed too. Is there any way (just asking in general) to disable these things on first round?

I'm not sure if there's a way to set cvars/etc for certain number of rounds for TF2 yet. Good idea, though. Somebody should get on it.

I'm hearing that this game mode has had a lot of issues ever since an update in September, is this true? What are the current issues? (I don't so much wish to search 100 pages of posts).

I know there were some issues after the update back in July, and there was a bug in September that made a new gamedata file necessary, but I haven't heard anything about crashes since.

Actually, I seem to recall FlaminSarge talking about writing a new version of VSH that made it easier to add new bosses without turning into the cluster... that FF2 turned into... I wonder what ever happened to that?
