I have updated my version to just use OnEntityCreated/Spawned. Should work better, i've had it running on a server for a while.

You should run a plugin sepecefically for that map, there's nothing i can do for that map since it uses some other weird method to equiping and stripping players.
Better case, have some one edit and fix it.

You should try contacting the map author, or decompile the map and try to fix it then. Some maps i cannot do anything to fix.
