What the fuck are you talking about? I never said it has to change.
I said that if ever it should change, that I suggest XenForo...

I'm totally agains vBulletin because they have screwed up vBulletin 4.

As example I give you vBulletin 4.1.0. Released 1 day and already a serious bug found. The CPU has tripled when running vB 4.1.0.

So they release PL1. Than, another bug is found, Modifications can't be installed corretly,

So they release PL2. That's what it's now. We'll see what PL3 Brings.

And I'd do that because XenForo is built by the developers of vBulletin 3 (that's what this forum is running) and It's great!

I am running vbulletin v. 4 on my website. I have not found any bugs or any high CPU load yet.

Since Alliedmodders is running on 3.8.1, how is this relevant?

You blame them for fixing bugs?

Wasn't XenForo that piece of software where you couldn't find the option to make downloads publicly accessible?

Please explain: what exactly justifies a switch from a stable vBulletin 3.8.1 to a beta XenForo installation?

The same justification as upgrading to vBulletin 4.

You're one lucky guy.

This is the off-topic section, you can also talk about stuff not related to this forum.

I blaim them for releasing too early, I don't see how they have missed that the CPU was 3 times as high o.0

Yeah, so? I don't see the problem. vBulletin isn't always that easy too.

I have never said a beta should be used. And it will justify nothing. I'm just saying that when vB 3.8 reaches it's EOL, that maybe XenForo is the right option.
