Replaced non-english strings in templates. If you downloaded and installed web part before this time, replace in each templates folder file page_admin_edit_comms.tpl to version from attach.

Can you make all messages from the plugin to carry the prefix

Players thatt are muted can rejoin and they are not muted for a few minutes.

They can use this time to mic spam etc even if they are permanently muted.

Check if they should be muted on connect so they dont have opportunity to spam ?

Many times it says player not verified wait 30 seconds to mute

I think that you have troubles with database connection or perfomance. But i check this problem.

I think, you must know this. Plugin delay checking players only if "hot loaded" (by sm plugins load/reload commands) because otherwise, database connection can be not established before checking players.
