Ok...i dont know how to go into more detail, but here we go.

1.) Click your Start Menu (lower left of screen)
2.) Look through the popup menu and find Run.
3.) Click the icon in your start menu that says Run.
4.) Type the word command in the text spot in the Run box.
5.) When the big black screen opens, type "ipconfig /all" (without the ") in the black screen
6.) Tell me what it says for your IP address

ok...go to your address bar in internet explorer (where you put website addresses like www.amxmodx.org) and type

192.168.1.101

If it asks you for a username and password try this:

Username: (leave blank)
password: admin

Okay, not to be mean. But if you can't install amx mod x, open ports with your router, I don't think you can run a server.
