I'm going to continue testing ZR with CS:GO in the morning. Any tips from anyone in getting it to work with CS:GO?

I downloaded that skinpack posted earlier in this thread. So far, the models are showing up as ERROR signs, so I'll try and figure out what's up with that.

I've noticed crashing when I'm playing with a bot and the bot is the zombie and knifes me, or I'm the zombie and I knife the bot. Could be the overlays or something... going to mess with settings to see what works and what doesn't.

Just thought maybe folks might have already been down this road and could save me some time.

Got it all up and running... needed a few tweaks and a recompile... maybe didn't need it, could have kept the same file paths, but I wanted it neater (sound files is what I'm referring to).

Those skins posted in this thread are really nice.

Time to start tweaking it.

Feel free to make issues for bugs you find or fixed so we can get an overview of stuff that must be improved. Just remember to prefix the summary with "CS:GO" or something: http://code.google.com/p/zombiereloaded/issues/list

will do... there are a few new weapons, zeus (taser) should just be restricted... some code changes (which I'll submit the files with the changes for you to review), some sound file changes, and models since I couldn't get the CS:S ones to work.

Only issues I've noticed are:
  • No ZE maps
  • Knockback doesn't work too well when zombie is on the ground
  • Poorly made ZM maps, or CS:GO issues with downloading them - clients crash the first time they download
  • snd_rebuildaudiocache or whatever the command is still required to hear the zombie sounds
  • no ZE maps!!!!

I'm not giving up, just relaying my findings.

It would be really nice to see some real CS:GO ZE maps, and not piss poor ports (ze_boatescape5_csgoremix). Using zm_ maps is not really my idea of a fun ZE game.

Oh, and map makers, please complete the map by giving the .swf and all stuff needed for the "loading" screen.
