Out of curiousity, why? It's just for a game. As many said it's a game "age level" so what's the problem?
In BAILOPAN's words, he is trying to keep the boards as PG-13 as possible. I was originally planning on adding my weed mod (making drugs growable and adding the weed drug), but I was basically stopped by this. I may maintain an unofficial copy that does this.

Yeah, no one knows how to do ScreenFade messages now, at least as far as I know. I haven't really done any research on it.

I don't really understand how to install it. I read the directions, put the thing in the item id in the sql and they show up in game but when I use them nothing happens.

I can spawn them but when I use them they just disappear, and nothing happens.
Anything I could have missed? Like where <id> is do I have to put it's id?

No, leave it as it is. The item id can be anything. It should be like:

itemid: 8918
command: item_drug_weed <id>

etc., I forgot the exact structure so whatever.
