For one, you ARe running a router, so I'm glad you told us that.

Two that's your LAN IP which only people in your house or connected to your router will eb able to see it. Use the link at the top to get your WAN IP, or the one people can see outside your router.

And 3, if I ave you the steps for a router, then use those. If not just search, I've posted it.

do I include 27015 at the end? well I will run my server so here is the ipthat you said should work for other people 24.148.241.103:27015 with out the 27015 it is 24.148.241.103 I don't know if the 27015 is supposed to e in there or not tell me if it works!
