Sorry to revive a 6 day old thread but for those who are wondering what will happen to the next movie... well it was completed before his accident. They are just going to push the release date to show "respect" to him.

Omg Kia stop crying, Paul was a really good actor and person, the people have taken him to heart. For his films, interviews and more, all those kids and other humans who dies in syria, no body knows about them, they never saw them before, so how can they "cry"? Stop with your fucking hating.

Oh wow. I saw twitter updates that said differently but based on this source and many other sources, guess they are still filming it.

As for the other guy ranting about the movie and spewing the worst analogies in the world. I am more than positive that they are not going to replace him. As a sequel to Tokyo drift, they might just make Sean (Lucas Black) as a main character, avenging Han (Sung Kang). I haven't read up on what its based on yet so this is pure opinion and what I believe will happen.

You are correct, probably. You know internet world creates a lot of fake information. Also i heard on TV they didnt recorded all movie, just around 70%. Maybe they made it smaller, idk. Anyway, they worked with him for long time, if they respect paul family, they willnt just replace for another. And they just keep the movie because its a business or they wouldnt continue with the movies.
