@ Duff - Depending on the server you purchase, specific rates will be set accordingly. All rates are set in the server.cfg (or another config that is executed by the server.cfg). All GSP's will give you at minimum basic FTP access to your server so you can adjust the hostname and so forth. Assuming you can change your Rcon password, or the hostname, you can adjust your rates.

Automatic charges - Many GSP's require several days notification to cancel. I know several charge all Credit Card's 4-6 days prior to the next billing date as it can take roughly 4-6 days for CC payments to "clear" and complete. Wouldn't be very useful if you charge someone's CC the day their payment is due and find out 6 days later that the payment never cleared and was rejected.

If you're paying with paypal, then no GSP has the ability to simply take money from your account. If you're setup with a subscription payment, then paypal will automatically setup the subscription for the first day you've paid. If you ordered/paid for the server on lets say November 5. Then on December 5, paypal will automatically process the subscription and send the money.
