The plugin is pretty much optimized. It practically doesn't waste resources if no one is being spectated and when more than one admin is spectating the same person, the sprites are shared. But still, it should be CPU intensive (depending on the number of admins). That because, it does many calculations. That's a price to pay for it's accuracy.

You can try to change this variable (and recompile):

new Float:SpriteThinkDelay = 0.01;

If you increase its value, the sprites will flash but it would be less CPU intensive. But don't change it. Test it first.

If this plugin causes any server to lag, report the number of admins using it. I will add a admin limit enforcement if needed.

I will also optimize the plugin but, there isn't much to optimize. If your machine isn't good enough for this plugin, don't use it.

The only problem to solve is the one reported by stylerro. I know why it happens, i will solve it soon.

Maybe u could add option for single admin to toggle his view on/off via command or via keyboard bind like in esp.

Also it works without problem on 1.8.1, i'll test it later with 5,6 admins at same time to see is there lag.
