Tested it, round does start now but on map change everyone is CT. First round free round?

Fixes:
-Lock tr team.
-No Spec chosen when get a random tr.
-No TR getting kills when dead.
-No CT num limit.
-Everyone in CT side is dead and round don´t start.
-First round not choosing a random tr.

I have a problem:

A Tr is randomly chosen, but every round, a Ct spawn in the Tr zone with a Tr skins (wtf ?) but they can kill them with knife.

If i have a good vision, the second Tr is the last chosen Tr:

- A Tr is randomly chosen ( First round, there is only 1 Tr).
- Next round, a new Tr is randomly chosen, but the first Tr chosen in the previous round spawn in the Ct team on the Tr zone with a Tr skin, and they can kill them!
- Next round, a new Tr and the second Tr chosen was on the Tr zone, the second Tr chosen was a Ct with T skin, and the new was a Tr with Tr skin.

What can i do ?
