Lee: I have not yet ported the Official Server to our vBulletin installation but I will as soon as possible. It is currently still reading from the phpBB database.

EKS: Plugins don't affect karma anymore. This will return eventually, as will rating plugins for other things like SourceMM, once we get our new magical plugin system done.

Rolnaaba: Most of these people had karma due to a high plugin count, and plugins no longer have any effect on karma (we're working on a new system for this but it's not ready yet).
