It's "Developer 0 enforcer"

Well, then. Try having all except for the main enabled.

Yes, it's a typo. That doesn't really matter because next version enforces more than that cvar for legal settings.
- developer 0
- fps_max 101
- cl_forwardspeed 400
- cl_backspeed 400
- cl_sidespeed 400

Then make cvar for this, because i'm using connor's plugin to enforce cvars..

There will be a cvar just like there was for the developer cvar.

I have found some bugs. Look at the demos. (Later post)

The first one is a WierdJump when I just run at the ground and then doubble duck, hold duck and jump. This is only possible with a failed jump.

The second one show that the failstats doesn't show most of the jumps.

Turn off your blockmaker. I do not have your server's files and I don't wish to download all of them just for a demo.
