whats this monster_plugin_v3.0.rar ?? do i need to install this into my server im a lil confused on how to? can i just use the rtd WITHOUT the monster plugin?

monster mod is a metamod plugin and its optional.

Of couse, you can run RTD without monster mod.

Go into your AMX/Configs folder and open modules.ini

Un-Comment Engine

hi i have a quick question plugin works for me great first let me thank you for that my problem is the only admin command that i can use is to toggle it on and off the delay or static doesnt work i even tried doin amx_dice_admin "1" first i tried all different ways nothing works :/ can some1 help me thanks
