Engineers can do the following in tfc:

Build dispensers that refill ammo for players to take from.
Build and upgrade sentryguns that attack the opposing team.
Build a teleport entrance and exit which can only be used by the owner's team.
Repair a teammates armor by swinging a wrench at them (requires cell ammo type).

That's pretty much it :/

Actually, the turret creation plugin already exists for CS... and teleporters can't be too hard.

Actually there are also variants of teleporters that already exist and aren't mod specific (They just aren't team specific and run off of sprites rather than models though that shouldn't be hard to change).

Health,speed of hvguy(minigun model more fun) should be adjusted and other classes but this mod owns!
