there doenst have to be a folder called new nor a folder at all. all you have to do is have the new models directory and or name not the same as the original. AKA you don't want to overwrite v_knife.mdl with the new v_knife.mdl. It is usually easiest to put them in a new folder called whatever you want.

i did this. in new weapons ini.
cstrike/models/v_knife2.mdl
and it dint load.

works like a charm now. i think linux server has to have a new folder? or is it just my server. but now they all work. and ima go make sv_downloadurl

Agree.
Under my linux servers this plugins works only with "new" folder (/sounds/new, /models,new etc)

yea thats how mine worked. but i still have error file even tho plugin is running well.

i had this plugin on my server but for some reason everything i would connect to the server it would crash my cs
-no error log in server

i dunno if this might work. but when mine crashed i change all new models name, just added 2 after it. like u did for v_knife2.mdl

one or more of your models could be messed up. Try loading the models 1 by 1 and probrably you will find a certain 1 model crashes the server.
