Can you add a cvar for enable/disable allowing turn of advertisements? Then its perfect to me, nice work.
And let the plugin read the advertisements on mapchange. Changes to the messages need yet a server restart :/

You can type sm_reloadsadvert
If it's not working reload plugin through rcon: rcon sm plugins reload ServerAdvertisement

yea i can do that, but thats not the point. it´s not the right way it should be onmapstart or whatever.
