Install VIPSystem.amxx first, before all the VS-plugins

guys, i have installed the vipsystem.amxx and in the file plugins-vipsystem.ini i write all the other plugins. what did i did wrong?

i see that the plugins request this

#include <amxmodx>
#include <hamsandwich>

and they are activated in the file plugins.ini

Can you plzz add some feature that they can change maps too but have a limit eg : they can change the map 6 times per day

The Limit can be defined by a Cvar
