@ slpknt, just an fyi, AMXX or Metamod can not see anything that is typed into the clients console. So if you execute a command on their console, you can not see the results of it unless it does something that you can hook, such as +attack.

may be someone can add a client menu, where it asks when every time player joins:

What do you want to bind to mwheelup?
1. Jump
2. Attack
3. Nextweapon
etc
x. +duck (I want to be kicked from the server)
And if player doesn't answer for about 30 seconds he is also kicked.
Then it forces every 0.1 sec

bind mwheelup <the comand he has chosen>
Also it would be nice if the plugin used an *.ini file for all available bindings to scroll.
