amx_czbmenu -> Displays The CZ Bot Main Menu
mx_czbmenu_enable < 1 | on / 0 | off > -> Turns Plugin on/off

yes i can add ML but i'm to lazy
the first version of this plugin was with ML
but it seems no one need it ML because there
was only 3 translation and 2 was done by me...
so i drop it and make it only [en]
