You would just connect to your server via a ftp client (smartftp is really good) then go to your addons/sourcemod/plugins folder and unload all plugins that start with letter A, go to your server and change the map. Server still crash? Unload all plugins that start with B, go back to server and change map. Server still crashing? Repeat until you find what causes the crash.

But first you should unload them all to see if it's actually the plugins that crash it.
