YOU CANNOT GET AUTOMATICALLY BANNED FOR HAVING A LOW KARMA.
Sawce proved this by having -10,000 karma. Only one person, to my very limited scope of knowledge on this subject, has been banned from low karma, and that wasn't automated it was an admin who banned him/her.

Sawce's karma IS at "excellent" right now, but he had set it to -10,000 to PROVE YOU DON'T GET AUTOMATICALLY BANT. Jeez what part of "Set to" don't you people get. And this was a while back, OBVIOUSLY. GOD, use the forum search function or something.
