GiveNamedItem shouldn't have changed (if calling by offset. sig may be a different story), and if a plugin uses GetActiveWeapon, it's "doing it wrong". The index of a player's active weapon can be retrieved by a simple netprop lookup. An sdkcall isn't needed.

Ex.

new weapon = GetEntPropEnt(client, Prop_Send, "m_hActiveWeapon");

If you need anything specifically for CSS:DM, just be patient. More than the signatures have changed. The offsets and possibly patches for FFA have also changed. I'm still in the process of testing.
