60 minutes is only at knife round. After winning team choose side, match starts with normal roundtime

The plugin config changes the roundtime, im not sure whats causing your problem. I'll check that in a bit.
EDIT: I've checked if the problem is with my plugin. It's not :/ The match config is setting roundtime to 1.92 ..
Check if you have any time extender plugin or configs to force roundtime to be 60 mins
