tryed it, it works great. +karma i think that more levels would be nice.. I'm debating rather to get a map made for it or not, that'd be cool. Also only admins are able to start it? Is their not a command for users or anything like that

could update and correct the error:

* entered the server when I pass "CT" and not "T"

* I do not understand much this plugin.

Its a feuture.
People can only join one team.
If you want to remove it change the Cvars.cfg

sorry for double post but i found out how to make the coordinates but when it on the map big_city the sprites pop up but we don't get a hammer to build things

Well if it wasnt for the fact that i am lazzy and are going to be gone 2 weeks tomorow i would make a wp menu ingame so you can easly make your own but that will come later.

Gonna explain it one time in this thread if people ask in the feuture and are to lazzy to read the manual or dont get it.

Edit:
Read your second post agin and its for cs right?
If you made a costum Cvars.cfg in the map folder add the line:
td_build_gun 29
and do a mapchange back and the build weapon should work.

Code:
[How To Make Wps]
Go to you config/td/game/wp folder
And make a folder whit the map name.
Inside you will need to make a ini file whit the name "waypoints" whitout quotes.
if you dont know how to make one then just copy the ini for another map.

To make your first path you will need 3 values the cordnates of your position.
So run to some place on the map and write status in console and you will get the xyz value of your position. 
Use those values in the waypoints.ini you just made for the map.
There should be one x y z value on each line in the ini file.
The first one is where they start and last one where they end.
They will run betwin each value xyz value in the ini file from the top to bottom.
I remb you can max have 20 values where they will run betwin.
If you wanna add one more path they spawn and run thru use a : on a line and start adding cords agin.
It will work the same way as the first path.
After : will be where they spawn and last where they stop and you loose a life.
If you experiance problems whit the runners on your map create a Cvars.cfg file and add a command like
td_runner_gravity    0

So they dont get stuck on your map but they will hover.
So you need to make the wps more precise.
If you still dont get it just look on the other ini files for example de_dust or de_dust2 and you will see.
If you make some good ones and want to share dont hesitate to post them in the plugins thread.
