lets you set a max level a player can still have a hero at... so like if you set the hero at lvl 3 and set max level at 6 only players from level 3-6 can use the hero, anyone higher then 6 can not and anyone lower then 3 can not...

And it is still not working

EDIT: Oh I thought it wouldn't be shown in the menu if it was over level 6.
I updated it with my .sma file, replaced all arrows with bullets / garrow with noob and misc crap like that

Welll it works on my server. But player won't get any xp when using Noob. Plz Help Thanks you
