What kind of system is your server hosted on? Can you show us the results from typing "meta list" in your console?

I know its a linux server(rented) and I have had this server for a good time now. 1.60 ran smoothly on this exact same server and I always managed to fix any errors. IDK.

Side Note: I noticed also that my hudmessages started to overlap each other. I had to use the "CreateHudSyncObj()" and all other hud message "formats" pertaining to "CreateHudSyncObj()"(Taken from the doc wiki). That got rid of my huds ovelapping.

I'm quoting another thread when I give you these directions:

Put this in configs\core.ini:
bin_logging 15

Once you're done, it will have created "binlog" folder: addons\amxmodx\data\binlog. Zip up everything in that folder and send it to me.

Thanks!
This will help me see what's going wrong. Remember, few plugins as possible, as quickly as possible, reproduce the error and shut the server off.

Just rename it to amxmodx_mm_i386.so

No reply after 2 weeks, locking. PM me to re-open. Note the above link will no longer be valid, so you'll need a new binary for whenever you're ready.
