+login anonymous +force_install_dir 27015 +app_update 90 -beta beta +quit
You need to make it 2 times because of steam problem they already wrote in site i know.

After completing I start the server on my Local Network. Its working but "VAC secure mode disabled" (console area) and "Could not establish connection to Steam servers" (command area). Help me to fix this.
