The spawn problem is fixed now , nice work.

Would be nice if you can see who is in the car so admins can punish blockers/people who drive in the wrong direction.
Also that you can spectate the cars would be nice, and highscore saving.

Download rallyrace.sp and compile it.

I have one bug on me server:
Sometimes when several cars collide, and one of them flips and player in it dies, it forced round end. And the server crashes.
