Just tried reinstalling SH mod, still getting the same errors. It has nothing to do with the plugin itself, it's with the module.

Try and download the amxx again, dont reinstall it, but reinstall that module...
Just drop that exact module in the folder and overwrite.... u might got a damaged file or something..

Just had my server converted to MySQL, problem solved.

Ok, good
