please, why it's always the same witch hunt ? no one cares about India, UAE, Iran or other countries already aimed.

no-steamers are allowed to use the forums, as long as they don't show/ask for no-steam (directly of indirectly).
showing that someone is using no-steam can't be a valid argument if the concerned person didn't show any suspicious details (IP, specific no-steam issues, confession, etc.).

If someone simply mentions that they run No-Steam servers (directly or indirectly), it is grounds for a ban as it falls under the "publicizing violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act" rule.

For example, UserA links to their Steam Community profile for some reason (it doesn't matter the reason) and on that profile are server IPs that allow No-Steam users. That is enough of a reason to ban UserA since they are showing that they run No-Steam servers (though indirectly). UserA might have never asked for anything specifically directed towards No-Steam, but the ban would still be valid.

that's exactly what I meant, a simple and logical translation of the rules. vikassharma showed his own steam username wich is a valid argument.

I posted here because of all these similar (and annoying) threads, the persistent relentlessness. the witch hunt.. fed up, just don't support no-steam requets quietly without spam or hateful stuff.

Also moderators/admins just tell them to update server and remove dproto then why this user is directly banned ?
