game not ment to run at higher tickrates like running sourcemod on listen servers it not supported may work.

This might be strange, but i saw a man who just get an achievement 'Real Deal' after finishing campaign with cvar sm_cvar steamworks_stats_disable = 0
I though this cvar disables all stats on my server.

achievements are different, steamworks stats are total kills finales won ect

you can use this steamcmd in the steam browser to open the stats page besure to change profileurl to your profile
open https://steamcommunity.com/id/profileurl/stats/L4D2?tab=stats

or login to your default browser and copy that to it
