This is because by default the command module will hook all commands to protect your server from a nasty crash. And also so that you may block those commands at will. Like I said, SourceMod 1.3 does have a possible solution with its new way to hook all commands. The next KAC update will utilize this if it is available. If it isn't available then KAC will fall back on hooking all commands by itself.

since I updated to SM 1.3.0-dev today, almost every player gets kicked with "xxx was command spamming this server with: xxx" - but they don't spam. any idea?

Now I switched kac_cmdspam to 0 and hope that helps.

Huh, here's my new question about kac_commands...
Are they remembered after server shutdown/restart?
I put all of them to state 1, including antiwallhack one. Is it saved or not?

it doesn't matter which command, i.e. hi, !fbg, lol and so on. and, like I said, they don't spam and get kicket after entering such one time.

No, not with 1.2.0.3. There are already stuff in the works to save settings.
