We just updated our plugin should fixed the bug. Thanks to sneaky for noticing that even after you enable motd it will go back to disabling it but our plugin should fixed that.

Latest stable build is: 5998
So get the updated gamedata from that first.

What what do you mean no arms?
I imagine you have some sort of plugin related to arms, if it was using n_arms_fix, that is no longer needed.

I after uploading new stable SourceMod 5998 and MetaMod I have such an error:
