Does this plugin work with sv_maxvisibleplayers ?

It doesn't seem to be kicking on my MVM server for members or me.

Using the connect extension with up to date MM and SM.

aye, probably not, you're best using a regular reserve slot plugin for that maybe, or wait for valve to fix this particular issue, I mean I can mod it in the mean time if people want, I'm easy, though I'm betting my modifications would be null and void soon

Erm, I think this'll work, sorry, can't test it fully atm but I've been through it in my head a few times and I have my bases covered... I HOPE. If you build it from the source remember to rename it! Also, this will only work with the connect extension, naturally, and if a player is refused for MVM it'll use the rejection message, which at default says "No reserve slots available", you can change that in the config, naturally!

Sorry if this explodes your server etc. etc. but like I said, I'VE NOT FULLY TESTED IT, so use at your own risk. The only testing I've done is to make sure I can connect to the server still with this new code, that works so I'm sure it'll, at worst, just not block people connecting if I did something wrong!

If valve don't fix this issue then I'll update the OP with this exact version some time.

edit: oh yeah, and if this is your first time using the extension: !GET THE TRANSLATION FILE IN THE ORIGINAL POST!

Just tried that newest version after updating my server. Seems like everything installed ok, but no kicking ever happens...just the "no client slots available" message. Unfortunately, I've yet to actually get any reservation plugin working, so it could still be something I messed up.

Yeah, you need to make sure you add your users correctly to your admins.cfg, it's probably where you're going wrong if all reserve slot solutions aren't working for you.

Ahhh, no it won't, unfortunately. Not until the Connect extension supports it (which may be a bit, depends what valve have done engine wise). You'll need a regular reserve slot plugin for that, so you'll need a hidden slot on your server open for those.
