That is only temporary storage until they're uploaded.

cstrike/addons/sourcemod/data/dumps/ folder is empty.
Where can I get crash ID then?

Im a little confused on how to set this up, I downloaded and installed both zip files, and files here > http://builds.limetech.org/?project=accelerator

added:

//Accelerator
breakpad_account STEAM_0:12803747

in my server.cfg

added:

"MinidumpAccount" "76561198025873223"

to sourcemod/configs/core.cfg

so when a crash happens I enter my crash id at http://crash.limetech.org/ and get the log/dump, but where do I get the crash id

If you're using the recent throttle version you only need to add that "MinidumpAccount" thing to core.cfg.

If you did everything correct all crashes should be automatically assigned to your steamID. Just take a look at the Throttle page.

Accelerator uploads data on asherkin's server after you start server
1. Server is online for some time
2. 24 hours later it crashes
3. 5 hours after crash you start it
4. From three to five minutes after your server started a crash log is uploaded to asherkin's server
5. Login onto asherkin's server
6. See Crashlog
